Keeping Connected

Keeping Connected is focused on supporting children and young people across Fife. If you are aged 10 – 26 you can give us a call to talk to someone in the team. We can support you with short-term 1:1 mentoring which means we will be here, alongside you, focusing on the things that matter to you. We can help to develop your self-confidence and build your resilience which will promote positive mental health and wellbeing and help to reduce distress.
